Therapeutic Massage (75 minutes)

Restorative Mind-Body Reset (45 minutes)

This 45 minute service is for anyone looking for gentle support in restoring & resetting their mind & nervous system. Clients will receive light head & neck massage to relax the body (no removal of clothes necessary), then be guided through a series of breathwork practices to help balance the mind, followed by a restorative guided meditation and a traditional yoga-savasana to reset the nervous system as a whole. This short, restorative appointment allows clients with limited time, mobility, under heavy stress, or injury recovery, to enjoy the same nervous system-health benefits of longer or more strenuous practices.

Yoga Semi-Private (2-4 people, 60 minutes)

60 minutes of private yoga instruction, geared towards each client’s individual priorities, needs, and abilities. Private Yoga Instruction includes, but is not limited to, traditional breathwork & meditation techniques, traditional yoga postures, partner postures, hands-on assists & assisted-stretching, and other various nervous-system regulation practices. (Virtual yoga sessions, + more flexible session times, are available upon request, Sun-Sat)

Yoga Private (60 minutes)

Kari is a great massage therapist that is caring and compassionate. She understands what it means to have injuries and wanting to get to the root of the issue.
